目的:探讨平胃散对湿困脾胃证大鼠疲劳状态的改善作用及其机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,平胃散高、中、低剂量组。造模第8天平胃散各剂量组分别灌胃平胃散水提液1.5,3,6 g.kg-1。空白对照组、模型组灌胃等量生理盐水,给药7 d后观测大鼠力竭游泳时间;检测血浆乳酸(LA)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(SLDH)、血清尿素氮(SUN)、肝糖原含量、血红蛋白(Hb)的含量。结果:平胃散高、中、低剂量组均能不同程度地改善模型大鼠的行为学表现,提高大鼠力竭游泳时间。与模型组比较,高剂量组肝糖原含量显著增高(P<0.01),高、中剂量组SUN含量显著降低(P<0.05)。各组大鼠Hb,LA,SLDH水平未见明显差异。结论:平胃散改善湿困脾胃证疲劳状态的作用可能与减少在运动负荷下的蛋白质与氨基酸的分解,提高肝糖原的含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Pingwei Powder on improving the fatigue state of rats with dampness and spleen-stomach syndrome and its mechanism. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Pingwei San high, medium and low dose groups. On the 8th day, the rats in each dose group of Pingwei Powder were orally gavaged with 3, 5, 6 g.kg-1 of Pingpisan water extract. The rats in the blank control group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline, and the rats were sacrificed after 7 days of administration. The rats were sacrificed and the rats were sacrificed. The levels of serum lactate (LA), serum lactate dehydrogenase (SLDH), serum urea nitrogen (SUN) Glycogen content, hemoglobin (Hb) content. Results: Pingwei San high, medium and low dose groups were able to improve the behavioral performance of the model rats to varying degrees and improve the exhaustive swimming time in rats. Compared with the model group, the content of hepatic glycogen in the high-dose group was significantly increased (P <0.01), while that in the high-dose and medium-dose groups was significantly lower (P <0.05). The levels of Hb, LA and SLDH in rats in each group showed no significant difference. Conclusion: The effect of Pingwei powder on improving the fatigue state of dampness-traping spleen-stomach syndrome may be related to reducing the protein and amino acid decomposition under exercise load and increasing the content of hepatic glycogen.
