为观察左旋18-甲基炔诺酮(LNG)缓释系统的药效。将缓释LNG宫内节育器(IUD)植入家兔子宫内,于第40d测定子宫组织孕酮和雌激素受体含量及雌激素亲和力。结果表明,实验组孕酮和雌激素受体含量及雌激素亲和力均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。证明该缓释系统植入家兔子宫内能够发挥理想的药效作用。
To observe the efficacy of L-18-norgestrel (LNG) sustained-release system. The delayed release LNG intrauterine device (IUD) was implanted into the uterus of rabbits. The content of progesterone and estrogen receptor and estrogen affinity in uterine tissue were measured at the 40th day. The results showed that the contents of progesterone and estrogen receptor and the estrogen affinity in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Proved that the sustained-release system implanted rabbit uterus can play an ideal effect.
