Recently, the Journal of Occupational Safety and Health Supervision of the Ministry of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Supervision Bureau and the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety and Health Supervision Bureau, according to the Department’s overall work plan, combined with the national production safety situation, respectively, worked out the main points in 1992. The general office of the Ministry of Labor sent a circular to the various regions of the country, all relevant departments and the headquarters to request that the work be carried out in the light of the actual situation.
