通过分析纯度鉴定和一致性鉴定的关系,探讨与纯度鉴定标准制定相关的8个问题,包括是否覆盖所有品种类型、是否鉴定所有杂株类型、是否提供杂交种的制种亲本、是否用田间小区种植鉴定结果进行校正、是否指定检测平台、是否在纯度鉴定前先鉴定真实性、是否所有样品都能鉴定、是否适用于转基因品种纯度鉴定,确定一套切实可行的纯度分子鉴定技术规范和标准。以玉米杂交种纯度分子鉴定为例,确立鉴定引物选择和鉴定程序,并分析弱苗、病苗、非典型株和种子发芽率对田间小区种植和室内分子鉴定结果吻合性的影响。
