本文报导高剂量噻替哌和环磷酰胺联合化疗与自体造血干细胞回输(AHSCR)治疗难治的何杰金氏病(HD)或大细胞淋巴瘤(LCL)Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期的临床研究.20例复发的和难治的(rr)Ⅱ—Ⅳ期HD,13例Ⅲ—Ⅳ期的rrLCL.其中男13例,女20例,中位年龄38岁(24-60岁).病人无严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病.此前20例rrHD都用过MOPP或ABVD方案,13例rrLCL用过COMLA、m-BACOD或MACOP-B方案.20例的AHSC采自骨髓,
This article reports the clinical studies of stage I and II Hodgkin’s disease (HD) or large cell lymphoma (LCL) refractory to high-dose thioteb and cyclophosphamide in combination with chemotherapy and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCR) .20 cases of recurrent and refractory (rr) stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ HD, 13 cases of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ rrLCL .There were 13 males and 20 females, the median age of 38 years (24-60 years) .No patient Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease.Of the previous 20 cases of rrHD have used MOPP or ABVD program, 13 cases of rrLCL used COMLA, m-BACOD or MACOP-B program.20 cases of AHSC was collected from the bone marrow,
