亓发芝男,1966年1月出生,汉族,复旦大学附属中山医院整形外科主任,中山医院乳腺病诊疗中心副主任,教授、博士研究生导师,日本北海道大学医学博士(PhD、整形外科学)。1989年至今一直在复旦大学附属中山医院整形外科工作,历任住院医师、总住院医师、主治医师、副教授、主任医师、教授。2000年起任科室主任。亓发芝,现任上海市医学会整形外科分会副主任委员、上海市医师协会整形美容分会副会长、中华医学会整形外科学会委员、中国医师协会整形美容外科分会常委、乳房整形美容专业委员会副主任委员,泛亚整形美容学会副主任委
