采用南京金陵制药厂生产的脉络宁注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,治疗急性脑梗塞58例,每日1次,14天为1疗程,总有效率达89.7％。与对照组低分子右旋糖酐注射液500ml静脉滴注,疗程14天比较,在症状改善、肌力和语言功能恢复、CT病灶吸收等方面具有明显差异,且无副作用及明显不良反应。结果表明,脉络宁注射液治疗急性脑梗塞具有高效、方便、价廉优点,临床尤其适合于轻中度病人使用。
Nanjing Jinling Pharmaceutical Factory produced Mailuoning injection 20ml added 5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous infusion of acute cerebral infarction in 58 cases, once daily, 14 days for a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 89.7%. Compared with the control group, low molecular dextran injection 500ml intravenous infusion, 14 days treatment, compared with the symptoms, muscle strength and language function recovery, CT lesions were significantly different, and no side effects and significant adverse reactions. The results showed that Mailuoning injection for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has the advantages of high efficiency, convenience and low cost, especially suitable for mild to moderate patients.
