飞行安全状态评估是飞行员选拔和资质审查的重要环节。通过对飞行事故/事故征候致因统计数据分析,结合专家调查法,构建飞行学员安全状态综合评价指标体系.针对评价指标模糊难以客观量化特征,采用熵权层次分析法组合赋权法确定指标权重,,建立飞行学员安全状态模糊综合评价模型,并通过对飞行学员安全状态评价进行了算例验证,结论为飞行员选拔和培养提供理论参考.
Flight safety status assessment is an important part of pilot selection and qualification examination. Through analyzing the statistical data and combining with the expert investigation method, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of the safety status of the flight trainees through the analysis of the statistical data of the flight accidents / incidents.This paper uses the method of entropy weight hierarchy analysis combined with the weighting method to determine the index weights The establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the safety status of flight trainees and the verification of flight safety assessment by examples are carried out. The conclusions provide theoretical reference for the selection and training of pilots.
