本文主要介绍了所研制的高精度分光光度测量装置的结构、原理,讨论了非线性校正的方法,并对测量装置的误差进行了分析,最后与国内外同类装置进行了比较。
This paper mainly introduces the structure and principle of the developed high precision spectrophotometer, discusses the method of nonlinear correction, and analyzes the error of the measuring device. Finally, compared with similar devices at home and abroad.
