目的:总结中西医结合治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的可行性和实效性。方法:2007年2月～2009年12月,采用掌侧入路切开复位,“T”型锁定钢板螺钉内固定,配合中草药熏洗治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折57例,其中“T”型锁定钢板螺钉内固定49例,锁定钢板螺钉加克氏针内固定2例,外固定架固定1例,有骨缺损自体髂骨植入的4例,人工骨植入的1例。结果:术后随访3～10个月,X线显示骨折全部愈合,优41例,良12例,可3例,差1例,优良率92.9%。结论:掌侧入路、“T”型锁定钢板螺钉内固定,手术创伤小,复位准确,固定可靠,便于操作;功能训练结合中草药熏洗,可减少粘连,有利于关节功能的恢复。
Objective: To summarize the feasibility and effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods: From February 2007 to December 2009, 57 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with Chinese herbal fumigation with open reduction of the palmar approach and internal fixation with “T” There were 49 cases of “T” type locking plate fixation, 2 cases of locking plate fixation with Kirschner wire fixation, 1 case of external fixation, 4 cases of autogenous ilium implantation with bone defects and 1 cases of artificial bone implantation example. Results: The patients were followed up for 3 to 10 months. The X - ray showed all the fractures healed. The results were excellent in 41 cases, good in 12 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 92.9%. CONCLUSION: The palmar approach and the T-shaped locking plate are used for internal fixation. The trauma is small, the reduction is accurate, the fixation is reliable and the operation is easy. The functional training combined with the fumigation of Chinese herbal medicine can reduce the adhesion and facilitate the recovery of the joint function.
