我厂生产的铝合金铸件泵轮是一个有叶片的轮形铸件。在没有用带锯机锯切以前,用手工钢锯切除,劳动强度大。为了解决这一问题,我们设计了大冒口切除工装,使泵轮冒口在带锯机上切除。
