一、前言 真空渗碳是70年代初发展起来的新技术。真空渗碳由于抽除了有害气体,净化工件表面,使渗碳时间缩短,渗层质量提高,工件无内氧化现象。真空渗碳具有节省能源,使用方便,操作安全,无公害,自动化程度高等优点。经真空渗碳的工件,表面光洁,变形小,使用寿命长,并可省去或减少处理后的加工,节约人力物力。目前,真空渗碳已得到世界各国的广泛重视。
