为了依据各类青年的心理特点和成长规律,有针对性地、科学地开展思想教育工作,最近,我们对沈阳市各战线的一千名青年的心理状况及其特点进行了抽样调查。其中,男青年54名,女青年470名。调查结果使我们看到,女青年的心理状况既有相同于男青年的共同点,又有不同于男青年的特殊点。因此,对青年进行思想教育工作,既要抓住青年这一共性,又要注意到男女青年各自的特性。达样,才能提高青年思想教育工作的科学性,增强实效性。本文试就女青年心理特征及其教育方法问题作一初步探讨。
In order to carry out ideological education in a targeted and scientific manner in accordance with the psychological characteristics and laws of growth of all kinds of youth, we conducted a sample survey of the psychological conditions and characteristics of a thousand young people on all fronts in Shenyang recently. Among them, 54 are young men and 470 are young women. The survey results showed that the psychological condition of young women is similar to that of young men and differs from the special point of young men. Therefore, ideological education for young people must not only grasp the commonality of young people, but also take note of the respective characteristics of young men and women. In order to improve the scientific nature of youth ideological education and enhance effectiveness, This article tries to make a preliminary discussion on the psychological characteristics of young women and their educational methods.
