也许分析中国电信的这台大手术如今只等手起刀落。可是,振臂一呼把反中国电信当时尚的人中有多少真正明白分拆意味着什么?拆不拆中国电信,绝没有简单到可以用反垄断与公平竞争的口号一言以蔽之的地步。中国电信本身有太多短处,但这和分拆没有直接关系,很多缠绕于分析问题上的情绪化因素也应该被剥离开。在技术和业务特点明显区别于其他行业的电信运营业,一味地反垄断、均贫富,会酿成怎样的未来?WTO大门将开,中国电信业的事是否应该放在全球化的坐标中看呢?
