宝山区同泰路小学社区分会建立于1992年,近年来,充分依靠社区,齐抓共管,开展爱国主义系列教育,深化课程教材改革,提高教学质量,促进儿童社会化取得了理想的效果。同泰路小学社区分会是由同泰路小学牵头,社区中的派出所、里委、部队、上钢五厂、吴淞电影院、街道医院等单位的有关领导参加而组成,这个组织有章程、有制度,成员单位也明确权力和义务,还派出辅导员参与学校教育,促进了学校德育社会化。社区也积极为学校提供德育活动场所、社会实践、社会服务的基地,沟通了学校教育面向社会、社会参与教育的渠道。
