Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of determining the number of NK cells in the peripheral blood of salivary gland tumor patients. Methods: Peripheral venous blood was collected from 29 patients with salivary gland tumor (experimental group) and 10 healthy people (control group), respectively. Flow Cytometry was used to detect the number of NK cells. The clinical significance was analyzed. Results: The number of NK cells in peripheral blood of salivary gland malignant tumor patients was significantly lower than that of benign tumor and control group. The number of NK cells in salivary gland benign tumor peripheral blood was not significantly different from that in control group. Conclusion: The number of NK cells in peripheral blood is related to the occurrence and development of patients with salivary gland malignant tumors. The numbers of NK cells in peripheral blood of salivary gland malignant tumors decreased significantly and the immune function was low. The detection of salivary gland tumors In particular, the diagnosis of malignant tumors and prognosis have some supporting role.
