备受关注的党的十六届三中全会的召开,是国家新一届领导人对我国未来经济工作思路的全面体现。经过25年的改革开放,我国取得举世瞩目的成就和确立了社会主义市场经济体制的基本框架,但经济体制改革中一些深层体制问题还未得到根本性的解决。十六届三中全会有望成为改革进程中的一个转折点,使我国社会主义市场经济体制建立进入突破体制性障碍阶段,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义,并将对资本市场产生重大的影响,从而制造新的机遇。
