目的:研究奥昔非君注射剂对心肌细胞的保护作用。方法:实验动物分对照组,肾上腺素(Epi)致损伤组,奥昔非君(OXF)给药组并区分为OXF+Epi1、3、5h后分别处死动物,取出心肌以镧离子(La3+)作为示踪剂,检测心肌细胞膜的通透性,以测定心肌细胞无机磷(Pi)的含量,显示心肌细胞ATPase的代谢状况。结果:对照组心肌细胞膜通透性好,La3+定位于细胞膜外侧。Epi组心肌细胞膜损伤严重,La3+透过细胞膜定位于细胞内。给药组心肌细胞膜损伤减轻,随着给药时间的延长,多数La3+定位于细胞膜外,仅有个别La3+定位于细胞膜内。心肌细胞Pi含量显示,不同组别、不同时间心肌细胞ATPase的代谢状况不同,给药组能促进ATPase趋于恢复。结论:奥昔非君注射剂对心肌细胞膜有保护作用,能使致损伤肌细胞的ATPase趋于正常。
Objective: To study the protective effect of oxyspirone on cardiomyocytes. Methods: The experimental animals were divided into control group, Epi - induced injury group and OXF + OpiF group, and were divided into OXF + Epi1,3 and 5 hours later, animals were sacrificed, and the myocardium was taken out with lanthanum ion (La3 +) Tracer, the permeability of myocardial cell membrane was measured to determine the content of inorganic phosphorus (Pi) in cardiomyocytes and the metabolic status of ATPase in cardiomyocytes. Results: The control group myocardial cell membrane permeability, La3 + localized in the outer membrane. Epi group myocardial cell membrane damage, La3 + through the cell membrane located in the cell. The administration of La3 + localized in the cell membrane, and only a few La3 + localized in the cell membrane. Pi content of myocardial cells showed that different groups, different time myocardial cell ATPase metabolic status, the administration group can promote the ATPase tends to recover. CONCLUSION: Oxaliplatin injection has a protective effect on myocardial cell membrane, which leads to the normalization of ATPase in damaged muscle cells.
