工会在国有企业中占据重要位置,国有企业中的工会对于维护职工利益,实现企业的快速发展具有重要意义。当前国有企业内部工会存在着一系列问题,加强对这些问题进行研究具有重要意义。本文将重点分析当前国有企业工会工作面临的问题及解决问题的措施。
Trade unions occupy an important position in state-owned enterprises. The trade unions in state-owned enterprises are of great significance for safeguarding employees’ interests and realizing the rapid development of enterprises. At present, there are a series of problems in the internal trade unions of state-owned enterprises. It is of great significance to study these issues more intensively.
