我国解放前的铁路,多为帝国主义国家所修建,建造的标准互不统一,桥梁建筑限界太小,不符合现行《铁路技术管理规程》的要求。限界不足不但影响大型货物的运送,并且对人身及行车安全也是个严重隐患,如有的下承板梁的肱板被机车车辆撞伤、撞弯多处。下承桁梁由于限界高度不足,也曾发生过司炉在机车上捣煤时,被撞死的悲惨事故。因此这些限界不足的钢梁急待改善。
Before the liberation of China’s railway, mostly built by the imperialist countries, the construction of each non-uniform standards, bridge construction boundaries is too small, does not meet the current “Railway Technology Management Regulations” requirements.
