广告作为市场经济的重要组成部分,日益成为消费者选择商品的重要信息来源和商品经营者开拓市场、追逐利润的重要营销手段。改革开放以来,我国广告业发展迅速,但是近年来,我国虚假广告大量出现,严重干扰了正常市场秩序,一方面降低了广告的可信度,导致消费者对广告的信用危机,阻碍广告事业的发展,另一方面破坏竞争的公平性,侵害同行业经营者的权益,也侵害了消费者的合法权益,任其发展将严重破坏我国尚未成熟的社会主义市场经济,阻碍国民经济的发展。

However, in recent years, a large number of false advertisements in our country have appeared, seriously disturbing the normal market order. On the one hand, the credibility of advertisements has been reduced, leading to consumers’ credit crisis on advertisements and hindering the cause of advertising On the other hand, it will destroy the fairness of competition and infringe upon the rights and interests of the operators in the same industry, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Letting them develop will seriously undermine the immature socialist market economy of our country and impede the development of the national economy.
