The work they are doing is incredibly complicated because they need to assist in the design, development and delivery of systems that complement Army officers and men. Many people outside the technical language they use do not understand. But it is important that taxpayers and MPs and their staff understand that it is not only because of taxpayers’ informed needs and rights, but also because meaningful conversations can not be reached at all if only one understands the language used .
