无论是驾驶人数量还是汽车保有量,广州、深圳均排在广东省前两位。同时作为全国特大城市,车驾管业务量大、服务需求度高,为了破解服务难题,两地着力打造交警微信城市服务平台,积极实践便民服务。广州:以业务需求驱动服务创新“广州交警”微信于2013年9月1日开通,逐步推出“快撤理赔”“年审预约”“交通违法提醒”“资讯服务”等业务功能,树立了集管理、服务、宣传功能为一体的广州交警“微警”形象。
