目的：提高临床对鼻部神经鞘瘤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析 １２ 例鼻腔、鼻窦神经鞘瘤者经手术治疗（其中 ２ 例恶性变者扩大切除术后行放射治疗）的临床资料。结果：术后 １１ 例获随访，其中 ９ 例治愈；２ 例恶性变者，１ 例死于复发，１ 例死于其它疾病。结论：本病应早期确诊，常规 Ｃ Ｔ 检查及行彻底手术切除，对恶变者行扩大切除加放射治疗
Objective: To improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nasal schwannoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of nasal and sinonasal nerve schwannoma after surgery (2 cases of malignant patients underwent radiotherapy after radiotherapy) clinical data. Results: Eleven patients were followed up, of which 9 were cured, 2 were malignant, 1 died of recurrence and 1 died of other diseases. Conclusion: The disease should be diagnosed early, routine C T examination and complete surgical resection of the malignant patients underwent expansive resection plus radiation therapy
