[目的]探讨健身运动处方对医专女生体质健康状况的影响,为高职高专院校体育教学改革提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取漯河医专女生96人分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生实施健身运动处方,对照组学生进行常规体育教学和课外辅导,分析实验前后两组学生的身体形态指标、机能指标和素质指标,并与我国2000年同龄大学生体质监测资料进行比较。[结果]实验组学生体质健康状况明显好于对照组,在肺活量、上臂紧张围、台阶实验、仰卧起坐、立定跳远、50m跑等方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),但两组学生在素质指标方面和全国相比尚存在一定差距。[结论]健身运动处方对提高医专女生体质健康状况有良好的作用,建议将其纳入高职高专体育教学过程。
[Objective] To discuss the influence of exercise prescription on physical health status of medical students in order to provide basis for the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges. [Methods] Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 96 female students in Luohe Medical College to divide into experimental group and control group. The experimental group of students carried out exercise prescription and the control group of students conducted regular physical education and extracurricular counseling. Before and after the experiment The body shape, function and quality of two groups of students were compared with the data of college students’ constitutional monitoring in 2000 in China. [Results] The physical fitness of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. There was significant difference in the vital capacity, tension in the upper arm, step test, sit-ups, standing long jump and 50m run (P <0.05 or P <0.01) , But the two groups of students in the quality indicators compared with the country there is still a certain gap. [Conclusion] The exercise prescription has a good effect on improving the physique and health status of the female students in medical school. It is suggested that the exercise prescription should be included in the teaching process of the physical education of the higher vocational college.
