根据中国地震带的分布特点,设计了一种适用于中国地震救灾的链状空间应急通信系统。该系统由若干个高空平台链状排列而成,每个平台搭载一个移动通信基站。针对基站、频谱等系统资源受限的现实约束,为了提高用户容量,提出了一种基于对称用户分组和平均功率分配的低复杂度基站协作方法。对该方法的用户容量性能的理论分析和仿真结果表明:与传统的频率复用方式相比,该方法可将系统的用户容量提高约80%。
According to the distribution characteristics of China’s seismic zone, a kind of chain space emergency communication system suitable for earthquake relief in China is designed. The system consists of a number of high-altitude platform arranged in the chain, each platform equipped with a mobile communications base station. In order to reduce the resource constraints of the base station and the spectrum, a low complexity base station cooperation method based on symmetric user grouping and average power allocation is proposed to improve user capacity. The theoretical analysis and simulation results on the user capacity performance of the proposed method show that this method can increase the user capacity of the system by about 80% compared with the traditional frequency reuse method.
