用合成的新哒嗪类化合物9403,以fenridazon-k为对照,进行了9403对小麦的去雄效应的研究,试验结果表明9403对品种农大3338及北农2号的去雄效应与fenridazon-k相似,平均去雄率为98.0%,与fenridazon-k(98.2%)差异不显著,但9403对籽粒的影响程度比fenridazon-k小;平均人工授粉结实率为89.4%,显著高于fenridazon-k(81.0%);人工授粉结实千粒重为27.6g,亦显著高于fenridazon-k(26.0g)。在试验的基础上,初步确定了9403对品种农大3338及北农2号较适宜用药时期和剂量。
Using fenridazon-k as the control, we synthesized the new pyridazine compound 9403 and studied the de-homing effect of 9403 on wheat.
