学习和贯彻党的五中全会的精神,正在江苏全省各级党组织中逐步展开。就在这个时候,《比较》杂志的同志来信约我作一篇文章,谈谈对今后深化改革的工作重点问题、物价管理问题、个体和私营经济问题的看法,以及当前企业外部环境趋紧、市场疲软情况下的对策。我研究经济理论不够,只能结合在地方工作中碰到的一些问题,谈几点粗浅的看法。
