针对稳态目标计算不可行问题,提出了软约束调整的加权方法.为有效地凸显不同约束条件在软约束调整过程中的优先级特性,进一步提出了降序优先级策略,优先满足重要的约束条件.从可行域大小及计算复杂度分析两个方面,将降序策略与单纯加权策略及升序策略进行比较,理论分析说明了降序优先级策略在性能上相对于单纯加权与升序策略的优势.最后以壳牌重油分馏塔标准问题进行仿真,验证了降序优先级策略的有效性及优势.
In order to solve the problem of unfeasible calculation of steady state target, a weighted method of soft constraint adjustment is proposed.In order to effectively highlight the priority characteristics of different constraint conditions during soft constraint adjustment, the descending priority strategy is further proposed, and the important constraint conditions are preferentially satisfied .According to the feasible domain size and computational complexity analysis of two aspects, the descending strategy is compared with the simple weighted strategy and the ascending strategy, the theoretical analysis shows the descending priority strategy in the performance relative to the simple weighted and ascending strategy advantage.Finally, Shell heavy oil fractionation tower standard problems were simulated to verify the effectiveness and advantages of descending priority strategy.
