嗅觉对高级中枢功能有重要的作用。曾报道嗅觉障碍大鼠脑内神经递质变化及记忆学习功能低下。此次研究了神经递质及神经生长因子的变化及汉方药对此类变化的影响。 实验用C57BL/6Cr雄性小鼠,以微量注射器在鼠鼻咽部喷入5%硫酸锌20μl,当归芍药散(TJ-23)、五苓散(TJ-17)原末溶于饮水中小鼠自由摄取。对照组给予饮用水。试验开始后1、2、3、4、8周采取动物脑及血液。
Olfactory plays an important role in advanced central function. The brain neurotransmitter changes and memory learning have been reported in rats with olfactory dysfunction. This study examined the changes in neurotransmitters and nerve growth factors and the effects of Kampo medicine on such changes.
