目的 探讨大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质内内源性的脑啡肽对神经降压素镇痛作用的影响。方法 采用钾离子透入法以引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度为痛反应指标 ,观察中脑导水管周围灰质内注射神经降压素、抗甲 脑啡肽血清对大鼠痛阈的影响。结果 中脑导水管周围灰质内注射神经降压素后 ,大鼠痛阈明显增加 ;注射抗甲 脑啡肽血清后再注射神经降压素 ,大鼠痛阈较注射正常兔血清后再注射神经降压素明显降低 ,但仍高于注射抗甲 脑啡肽血清组。结论 中脑导水管周围灰质内神经降压素在痛觉调制中发挥重要作用 ,其部分效应可能是通过内源性抗甲 脑啡肽中介的。
Objective To investigate the effect of endogenous enkephalins in the gray matter around the aqueduct of the midbrain on the analgesic effect of neurotensin. Methods The current intensity induced by tail flick reaction in rat was induced by potassium ion penetration method. The effect of injection of neurotensin and anti-met-enkephalin serum on the pain threshold in rats was observed. Results Intracerebroventricular injection of neurotensin into the gray matter of the midbrain resulted in a significant increase of the pain threshold in the rats. After injection of anti-metophorin serum, neurotensin was injected. The pain threshold of the rats was compared with that of the normal rabbits Antihypertensin was significantly lower, but still higher than the injection of anti-enkephalin serum group. Conclusion Neurotensin in the gray matter around the midbrain of the midbrain plays an important role in the modulation of pain. Some of its effects may be mediated by endogenous anti-enkephalin.
