电影作为一种直观高雅的艺术形式,深受广大观众的欢迎。因此,建国以来,我国国产电影事业的发展一直呈上升趋势,在制作质量、艺术水平方面日臻完美。到八十年代初,我国的电影企业在拍摄、翻译影片数量、影片上座率、放映场次、观众人次、发行放映收入等方面都达到了历史最好水平。然而,近几年电影企业的社会效益和经济效益却相继出现了严重倒退现象,电影厂的拷贝平均出售量下降,观众人次和上座率下降,发行放映收入
