狭窄河床碾压混凝土快速入仓技术研究工作,在“八五”国家科技攻关项目“普定碾压混凝土拱坝筑坝技术研究”中被列为专项子题。通过对普定碾压混凝土拱坝施工进行的系统分析论证,确定了“固定式缆机+真空溜管+自卸汽车”方案为碾压混凝土入仓推荐方案。其中真空溜管入仓新工艺的成功应用,解决了普定狭窄河床碾压混凝土入仓难题,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Narrow riverbed RCC warehousing technology research work in the “Eighth Five-Year” national science and technology project “Puding RCC arch dam technology research” was listed as a special sub-topic. Through the systematic analysis and demonstration to the construction of Puding RCC arch dam, the proposal of “fixed cable machine + vacuum slip tube + dump truck” is recommended for roller compacted concrete warehouses. One of the successful application of the new vacuum vacuum tube warehousing warehouses solve the Puding narrow river bed RCC into the warehouse problems, with a high value of the promotion.
