文章以理查德·鲍曼的表演理论为支撑,在游客凝视研究基础之上从表演理论视角研究东道主和旅游者之间的主客互动。解读表演理论,进而将表演层次划分为:为凝视进行的有意识表演、常态化生活的无意识表演以及旅游服务过程中的表演三种类型。将凝视与表演纳入产品体系,结合案例分别探讨商品化舞台演艺产品的传承以及常态化生活的保护,并针对旅游服务行业提出建立主客互动以实现情感交流,创造有质感的服务产品,提升旅游吸引力。
Based on the performance theory of Richard Baumann, the article studies the interaction of subject and object between the host and the tourist from the perspective of performance theory on the basis of the tourists’ gaze research. Interpretation of performance theory, and then the performance level is divided into: conscious performance for the staring, unconscious performance of the normalized life and performance of the three types of travel services. In the case of tourism service industry, it is proposed to set up the interaction of subject and object so as to realize the exchange of emotions, create the service products with texture, and enhance the attraction of tourism force.
