高职教育要系统化推进教学团队建设的主要原因是目前高职教学团队建设明显滞后于高等职业教育发展的需要,高职教学团队建设中的一些关键问题还没有得到解决,诸如教学团队结构不合理、教学团队管理薄弱等。教学团队建设中要把高职教学团队定位成“学习发展型”、“双师结构型”、“专兼结合型”、“研究创新型”四位一体结构的教学团队,其基本建设路径是:第一,基于高职教师“持续性”的要求,建设“学习发展型”教学团队;第二,基于高职教育“技能性”的要求,建设“双师结构型”教学团队;第三,基于高职教育“职业性”的要求,建设“专兼结合型”教学团队;第四,基于高职教育“适应性”的要求,建设“研究创新型”教学团队。这样“四位一体”结构的教学团队更加符合社会经济发展对高职教育的需要。
