原发性妊娠急性脂肪肝文献上少见报道。我院于1973年11月曾收治1例,现报告如下: 病例报告患者董××,女,22岁,家务。因第1胎妊娠足月,上腹部阵发性疼痛伴恶心、呕吐1周于1973年11月3日入某县医院。当时患者皮肤、巩膜轻度黄染,曾给予抗感染、止痛、解痉等治疗无效,上腹部仍时有阵发性疼痛,恶心呕吐未缓解,不能进食,黄疸渐深,呕吐物潜血强阳性,次日下午转来我院。患者既往体健,末次月经1973年2月14日,家族史无特殊,发病前及病程中均未用过四环素。
