再生障碍性贫血(以下简称“再障”)临床并不少见,贫血时月经失常,怀孕机会减少,因此再障妊娠者不多见,据手头查得的国内文献仅见20例报道。现就我院内科妇产科1970年以来所见5例介绍如下: 5名孕妇均根据病史、临床症候,血象及骨髓象的检查确诊为再障妊娠。病例资料列于表1。5例中一例早在妊娠前确诊为再障,三例妊娠前就有贫血症状,但未到医院检查确 Aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as “aplastic anemia”) is not uncommon clinics, anemia, menstrual disorders, fewer pregnancies, so rare in patients with aplastic anemia, according to the domestic literature only 20 cases reported.
