至今尚未阐明宫内节育器(IUD)避孕的机理,多数人认为,它是通过在宫内膜引起异物反应,改变宫腔内环境,使之不利于孕卵种植。最近报导用IUD妇女在黄体期的尿和血浆中,可测出H-CG,表示用IUD期间受孕率很高。另一方面也有报告用IUD者血浆中测不出HCG。本实验室在对用IUD者作其他目的的观察中发现有2例在黄体晚期血浆LH很高,而对此作进一步研究。受试者102例,为年龄在19~39岁,有规则月经周期,均用CuT-200宫内节育器的健康经产妇,月经周期为24~32天,其中30例在一月经周期中每周取2次血标本,其余72例在月经周期的最后5天
