特殊型癫痫报导不少,但外阴搔痒型少见,我院见到1例现报告如下: 患者女性,9岁,88年8月23日就诊,诉半年来在任何原因情况下先在两大腿内侧出现痒感,继之向外阴部扩散痒感逐渐加重,有时达到难以忍受之程度每次30秒至1分,痒后继之出现两眼上翻,四肢强直抽动,每次1分至5分醒后乏力嗜睡,每月1至2次,既往病史无特殊,检查:合作,智力、发育正常,颅神经正常无定位体征,无脑膜刺激征,心肺肝脾正常,外阴皮肤,感觉均无异常、EEG两半球均可见较多δ波,HV后更为明显,停深吸气后3′仍有
