介绍了一种对人体内电阻抗分布进厅成像的医学成像系统,并将其应用于肺通气的观察。该系统采用32体表电极进行阻抗测量,用加权反投影算法进行图象重构。文中给出了恒流源、测量电路、控制电路的设计和重构方法研究。同时,得到了一些初步的在体实验结果。
A medical imaging system for imaging the distribution of electrical impedance into the human body is introduced and applied to the observation of pulmonary ventilation. The system uses 32 body surface electrode impedance measurement, image reconstruction using weighted backprojection algorithm. The article gives the constant current source, measurement circuit, control circuit design and reconstruction methods. At the same time, some preliminary in vivo experimental results have been obtained.
