优良玉米自交系丹T138是以丹9046×L2为原始材料,通过二环系选育的方法经南北异地连续自交选育而成,该系与“78599”系统和其他外杂选亚群自交系组配均有较强的杂种优势。鉴定与应用结果表明:丹T138具有多种抗病能力、抗虫、抗倒伏、耐旱、配合力高、自身产量较高、适应性强等特点。以丹T138为亲本,与“78599”种群选系杂交组配的杂交种如丹玉86号、丹玉90号、丹玉68号等,已经大面积推广应用。
The excellent maize inbred line Dan T138 was derived from Dan 9046 × L2 as a raw material and was bred from the north-south by continuous selfing inbred lines by the methods of breeding of the second ring system. The lines were linked with the “78599” system and other outer sub-populations Inbred lines with strong hybrid heterosis. Identification and application results show that: Dan T138 has a variety of disease resistance, insect resistance, lodging resistance, drought tolerance, high combining ability, high yield, adaptability and so on. Dan Dan T138 as the parent, and “78599” hybrids of hybrids such as the combination group Dan Dan 86, Dan Yu 90, Dan Yu 68, etc., has been widely applied.
