本文报道用2-(5-硝基-2吡啶偶氮)-3,6-二磺酸萘酚(5-NO_2-PANDS)分光光度法测定微量钴。配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为6.1×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),配合比Co:5-NO_2-PANDS=1:2。Co浓度在0~20μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法用于测定人发中微量钴,结果令人满意。
This paper reports the spectrophotometric determination of trace cobalt with 2- (5-nitro-2-pyridylazo) -3,6-disulfonate naphthol (5-NO_2-PANDS) The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 6.1 × 10 ~ 4L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1, with the ratio of Co: 5-NO_2-PANDS = 1: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 20μg / 25ml. The method was applied to the determination of trace cobalt in human hair with satisfactory results.
