机床主轴回转精度将直接影响被加工工件表面的形状误差及表面粗糙度,它是反应机床动态性能的主要指标之一。本文将介绍以单板机和微型计算机为主体而组成的测量及数据处理系统,用于测量主轴回转精度。由单板机控制对传感器输出的模拟信号,按一定要求进行采样,量化而得到一组数字信号然后将采集的数字信号输入APPLEⅡ微型计算机系统,进行处理和误差运动值的运算,并打印出运算结果及图形。
