一前言恒电位电解侵蚀是一种有效的金相组织显示方法。近年来,在国内已逐渐推广应用。它较一般化学、电解浸蚀具有如下特点: (1) 可选择性的显示各种合金相,如高合金钢中的MC、M_6C、M_(23)C_6……等各类碳化物、高镍合金钢中的σ相、氮化层中的ε、γ’氮化物以及铝合金中的各种合金中间相等; (2) 可进行金属组织鉴定; (3) 可清晰显示合金中的偏析带; (4) 可制备供定量金相计测的试样。此外,恒电位电解法在选择性晶面侵蚀、合金相立体形貌分析的深腐蚀及透射电镜金属薄膜试样的制备等方面的应用也卓有成效。
A preface potentiostatic electrolytic erosion is an effective method of metallographic display. In recent years, it has gradually been popularized and applied in China. In addition, the application of potentiostatic electrolysis in the selective crystal face erosion, the deep corrosion of the alloy phase morphology analysis and the preparation of the transmission electron microscopy metal film samples are also very effective.
