本文应用ICP-AES测定诸如磷钇矿,独居石之类的磷酸盐稀土矿石中的稀土元素。操作条件为:射频功率1.0~1.3kW,载气流量0.45~0.491/min,冷却气流量141/min,等离子气流量1.01/min,稀土元素的检测范围为1~40ppb。1ppm稀土量的相对偏差(10次重复试验)为1~5%。10~(-2)M~2×10~(-1)M浓度范围内的无机酸没有干扰。但无机酸的浓度在1M以上时,信号受到抑制。钠离子浓度在10~1~10~3ppm
In this paper, ICP-AES is used to determine rare earth elements in phosphate rare earth ores, such as xenotime and monazite. Operating conditions are: RF power 1.0 ~ 1.3kW, carrier gas flow 0.45 ~ 0.491 / min, cooling gas flow 141 / min, plasma gas flow 1.01 / min, and REE detection range 1 ~ 40ppb. The relative deviation of 1ppm rare earth (10 replicates) is 1 ~ 5%. The inorganic acids in the concentration range of 10 ~ (-2) M ~ 2 × 10 ~ (-1) M did not interfere.
