《闵老子茶》是一篇精彩的文章,张岱以简净的文笔写活了明末南京桃叶渡口两位茶艺高手斗茶的场面,今天的读者从文字里仍然可以嗅到三百多年前的茶香,感受晚明时代的茶艺和茶道,闵老子的性格神态历历如在眼前。《闵老子茶》一文包含着丰富而深厚的茶文化信息,已有的关于此文茶艺的注解阐释众说纷纭,含糊不清。笔者研读张岱著述和明清茶文献有年,今试对《闵老子茶》所涉茶艺作一探析,由此可以觇知张岱文化精神之内蕴。
“Min Lao Tzu Tea” is a wonderful article. Zhang Dai wrote a simple scene of the two tea artisans’ fighting tea at the Peach Blossom Fern in Nanjing at the end of the Ming Dynasty. Today’s readers can still smell more than 300 years from their writing Before the tea, feel the late Ming dynasty tea and tea ceremony, Min Lao’s character demeanor as before. “Min Lao Zi Tea” contains a rich and profound tea culture information, there are different opinions on the interpretation of this article tea, vague. The author studied Zhang Dai’s writings and the Ming and Qing dynasties’ tea literature for a long time. This trial tries to make an analysis of the tea art involved in “Min Lao Tzu Tea”, from which we can know the connotation of Zhang Dai’s cultural spirit.
