承担班主任工作多年,深有感触,如何能够帮助所带学生健康成长,形成健全的人格是我一直以来思考的一个问题,有了自己的孩子、成了母亲才让我更加认识到一个好的班级不只是管得住、纪律好、成绩棒,在全民竞争激烈的今天综合素质的提高更加重要,创造一个宽松、向上的自主的学习环境是我工作的最终目标。拉哈一中是一个普通高中,而206班是个60名同学普通班,高二年龄段可以说大多数是九零后,处于青春期的后期,使身心发展在这个阶段失去平衡。生理上的快速成熟使少年儿童产生成人感。成人感和半成熟状态是造成青春期心理活动产生种种矛盾
