实验小学组织学生秋游,从学校A点到公园B点有两条路可行,你觉得从哪条路走会近一些呢?如图,可以发现一条路是从A经过C到B,另一条是从A经过D到B。直接比较两条路,不明显,怎么办呢?我们可以将第一条路移一移,变成如下图所示:运用平移的办法,边的长度没有变化,而原图形变成了长方形。这样根据长方形的性质:对边长度相等,可以知道两条路一样长。因此,求周长时可以采用平移的办法。保持边不变,将原图形变换成基本图形,运用公式方便计算。
