本文研究了聚焦超声激活血卟啉对人体红白血瘤细胞K562的作用。通过大量实验归纳,当作用时间为100s,血卟啉浓度为200μg/ml时,聚焦超声(频率1.4MHz;强度1.0W/cm2)激活血卟啉对瘤细胞杀伤效果较佳,杀伤率达98%,而单纯超声作用,杀伤率仅为50%,单纯血卟啉对瘤细胞无杀伤作用。活性净化剂组氨酸对瘤细胞杀伤率有明显抑制作用,而甘露醇则无影响。初步分析得到:单线态氧是杀死瘤细胞K562的主要因素。
This article studies the effect of focused ultrasound-activated hematoporphyrin on human erythrocytic leukemia cells K562. Through a large number of experiments, when hematoxylin-eosin (100s) and hematoporphyrin concentration (200μg / ml) were used, hematoporphyrin was better able to kill tumor cells by focused ultrasound (frequency 1.4MHz; intensity 1.0W / cm2) Up to 98%, while the pure ultrasound effect, the killing rate was only 50%, pure hematoporphyrin on the tumor cells without killing effect. Histidine, an active scavenger, has a significant inhibitory effect on tumor cell killing rate, while mannitol has no effect. Preliminary analysis shows that singlet oxygen is the main factor that kills tumor cells K562.
