本文报道一种应用聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)血管内固定模及纤维蛋白胶吻合微血管的新方法。将在80℃热水浴中融化的PEG 4000注入Nelaton导管并于室温下凝固,取出后冷藏待用。取一段PEG做血管内固定模,显微镜下用手术刀将其两头削尖,加一滴盐水滚动,直到其直径与血管的外径相当或略大。纤维蛋白胶由A、B两种溶液组成。在10ml 37℃消毒水中将1g牛纤维蛋白原溶解20分钟制成A溶液;B溶液由5000U人体纤维蛋白酶溶解于由0.5M氯化钙1ml、抑肽酶7ml及4ml消毒水组成的溶液里制成。用双夹微血管夹夹住切断的血管,用10-0尼龙线在相对位置上缝两针,不打结而用微血管夹夹住。将做好的PEG固定模
